I'm just back from my first and the last U2 concert in Arnhem and it was a really, incredible, amazing rockin' show !! The crowd was energetic and really into the show. The roof of the Geldredome was
closed and it was really very hot insid.
The band started about 21:00 into Elevation with the lights still on. During the concert, Bono dedicated a song to the Dutch artist Herman Brood who committed suicide some weeks ago; he told us to screw people who think that Herman was only a junk. At Sunday Bloody Sunday, Bono had a speech about human rights. At another song, Bono invited a girl on the stage and later she wouldn't leave. The crowd went really wild during Where The Streets Have No Name. It was a great concert and I hope that they will come back soon !!!
