I saw the last tour in D.C. and the seats were not that close but also not General Admission like this tour. I bought the tickets the Friday before for a large $250.00 a piece and landed FLOOR seats. Decided to take my best friend who had never been to a large venue concert before. Figured this would be the one. Knowing that we were going to be close I was fired up, but then I had the VERTIGO come up on the SCAN! I knew then it was going to be epic! My bud was like are we going to be close? I was like, "Hell yes!" We were standing directly in front of "The Edge" on the left side the entire show! Absolutely fantastic. To hear the old "War" tunes, " Miss Sarajevo, Bad, it was awesome! My friend will never be able to look at another concert in the same way. I guess if ya gotta get a good one, Front stage, in the circle for U2 is the way to go. As a second show, I feel there is no way that this can be topped. I will still see another tour if it happens, but damn this was a great show! Best $500.00 plus dollars spent. This was KARMA speaking in some aspects of my life too! Good there! made me laugh....
Thanks for letting me see my best friend happy as hell, and thanks for the great show! It was truely awesome!
