Best of the 8 shows I've gone to going back to the Joshua Tree Tour. The new songs as usual become something more. Breath was so well done to start the show. Much better sound than at Fed Ex. A lot of energy. U2 fans in America are just more chill and shall I say conservative. Maybe its the age but the band did their best to get everyone rockin'. The only issues I have with this tour is the lack of surprises. Maybe I should blame myself for looking at this site but the last two tours had a lot more changes from show to show. If they want a 10 out of 10, end with I will Follow or Gloria. Bad is also a missing ingrediant but I can't complain. Unlike some people I love hearing the new stuff because I think the band enjoys it and plays with more passion. Disappointed Unknown Caller and Electric Storm weren't played and I don't understand why they don't play Being Born. Vertigo was better than on the last tour. All the songs were awesome. Maybe not the intimacy as other shows but the music is what it's all about. And yes I brought my 70 year old mother.
