Larry accidentally starts playing "Desire" before the band switches to "Mysterious Ways." When they do play "Desire," Bono dedicates the song to Broncos QB Peyton Manning, who's reportedly at the show. As Edge tests the piano before "Every Breaking Wave," Bono mentions how he filled time by telling jokes during technical issues at Wednesday's show in Los Angeles and tells the crowd a joke tonight: "How do you get a fish high? Sea-weed." (rimshot!) Bono uses a bullhorn -- that's painted in the colors of the American flag -- to deliver much of his rap during "Bullet The Blue Sky."
Seats in the 300 level at both ends of the arena, behind the main stage and behind the e-stage, are blocked off with giant black curtains.
