There are numerous politicians and heads of state at the show. Bono namechecks President Kagame of Rwanda, who's in attendance. He dedicates Beautiful Day to the late Eunice Shriver and New Year's Day to the late Ted Kennedy. Bono brings a fan wearing a turban and holding a US flag on stage to help sing Sunday Bloody Sunday. The show features only five songs from No Line On The Horizon, the lowest total since the tour began in June.
