U2 Concerts in Baltard Pavilion

U2 has performed 1 times in Baltard Pavilion. Those performances included   unique songs and an overall total of 9 songs.

Baltard Pavilion is located in Paris,  France

Built during the reign of Napoleon III by the architect Victor Baltard, the Baltard-Pavilions were a complex of twelve buildings that were built with materials in use in many constructions of the time: iron, cast iron and glass. The buildings formed the central market of Paris and were built in the years 1850-1870. In 1972, the French government choose to transfer the market to the Rungis International Market site, and the pavilions were slated for destruction to make room at the Forum des Halles.

Fortunately, just one of these buildings escaped demolition, No 8 pavilion which housed the market for eggs and poultry, and is retained as evidence of the architectural past of the city. Probably one of the most unusual and historic buildings U2 will have ever played.
