Dante Soinetta, Emmanuel Horvilleur
Spinetta and Horvilleur took the name of a TV spy and Sotuh American football player to name their band in 1991. Also known as IKV, the Buenos Aires based duo experimented with styles like rap and synthesizers in their music. Their 1995 album, "Chaco," remains their most successful to date. Rolling Stone Argentina named it "one of the best rock productions of the country." Depite splitting in 2001, the band reunited in 2011 and released the album "Chances" in 2012. Their song "Ula Ula" was featured in a Target commerical in the US.
