Too many CRITICS!
I had great floor seats and was in the close catwalk company of bono for about 20 minutes total during the concert. All perfection complaints aside (remember music is human and all the more beautiful for it!), this show was incredible. As a modestly experienced concert-goer, it's a rare treat when music can so completely consume your soul for a set. To be close enough to see and live the passion and soul of the group as they played through their set was a very uplifting experience. U2's "journey" with the crowd left me emotionally drained and uplifted (lasting until I had to deal with pricks the next morning at work!). Good concerts are all about the poetry of music and if it comes out a little different from show to show, it only reinforces in me the strength of a force too powerful for even the incredible talent of U2 to completely control. For those future concert-goers, close your eyes and let the music live through you.
