by No. 1 U2 fan!!!
This was an absolutely AMAZING show!!! The crowd was on fire and U2 responded to it. It was quite surreal how the crowd started singing "Elevation" before the Edge started playing. Bono did not do many speeches, he was just concerned about keeping the music going which was great! Loved the early stuff! Completely lost my voice singing along to "Electric Co.", which included a bit of "Send in the Clowns" which they had to take out of "Under a Blood Red Sky" for copyright purposes. I completely lost it and cried during "Sometimes you can't make it on your own."
What is the name of that band that played "Out of Control"? They were phenominal, especially the drummer! It was so great of U2 to let them play on stage with them! The perfect end to the concert was "40" and how the crowd kept singing even after Larry left the stage.
Great antics, including Bono and the Edge doing their mariachi dances and Bono forgetting the words to "Yaweh" Overall, totally worth the $187.00 I paid!
