What else can I say, Dallas, TX on a Saturday night, with the biggest band in the world. No other place I'd rather be. And they sure proved it. The show was awesome to say the least. The moods and feelings that this show brings out in people is amazing. It was a concert of full throttle emotion felt in every song, new and old. City of Blinding Lights as the opener, Still Havent Found, Streets, Angel, WOWY, and One were just a few of the highlights for me. The fan they brought up to play Angel did a superb job. I haven't read a review of a better one. You would of thought it was part of the show, and not spur of the moment. He didn't seem nervous at all, and took full advantage of his short time on stage. Plus, it was nice to hear Angel of Harlem, regardless. The fans in Dallas were behind the band every minute, and although I've read reviews about how the intensity slows down for the softer songs, I think it magnifies the intensity of the point that Bono is trying to make. Miracle Drug and Sometimes were done with very deep emotion behind them. As well as Miss Sarajevo and Yahweh. Love and Peace was nice, and Bullet was blistering. Thanks to U2 for a spiritual experience, and I can't wait for another dose in Las Vegas. Two doses, actually. Can't wait, see you soon......
