One word: Unbelievable. After getting to the arena at 5am and standing in line all morning and afternoon and into the evening, this show was worth every single bit of it and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I was not one of the lucky ones to get into the ellipse, but I got the next best thing - front row against the rail on the outside of the ellipse. The boys were totally on the 'A' game and the setlist was fantastic. I was definitely hoping for "Horses", and I believe somebody commented that it was on the original setlist, but nonetheless, the show was FANTASTIC.
Definitely my favorite was Streets. Everytime I see them, Streets takes the cake. The combo of Love and Peace, SBS, and Bullet the Blue is amazing and so powerful! The opening on City of Blinding Lights is inspiring, and closing of "40" is the ultimatle classic way to close. I could not have asked for anything more. Angel of Harlem was great and Bono nailed Miss Sarajevo. All in all, the best concert experience I have ever had. No band can even come close. Two days later, and I still have gotten over it. WOW!
