Wow, this was my first U2 concert eventhough I bougt my first U2 record in 1982.
And it was a great show. All songs they played were fabolous and for a stadium with a bad acoustic it sounded good.
The crowd was very noisy but enthousiastic too. Sometimes you even didn't hear Bono's voice, as the crowd took over the vocals.
The set was balanced in a good way, even those earlies sounded great. The audience exploded at the first tones of "I will follow".
I'm looking forward to next friday. Extra tickets were availeble at the postoffices and I was lucky to get some......
