Really loved this show, my first of the tour. Can't wait for the remaining 5 shows that I will see (tomorrow, Dublin x3, and Vancouver in October). I went with my girlfriend, Polly, she also loved the show. Her favorite U2 song is "Twilight," so she's a little pissed the band didn't play it (I had to explain to her that they haven't played some songs in over 28 years).
Anyway, back to the show. The highlight for me was "In A Little While," because Bono's voice sounded amazing. I can't believe this man can still sing this way. An amazing thing.
I also loved the "40" snippet because they haven't played that song enough in their career.
I need to eat. And sleep. I feel cantankerous and want to see U2 again now. Time to queue up with the rest of the silly people.
