After the nightmare of the Rose Bowl GA queue, and waiting a year & 1/2 for these shows i was finally ready to try again. Me & my wife & some friends had seats for Fri night sec 409 row A. Good seats except for one of the beams blocked our view of Larry & The Edge when he was at his spot. Friday night was great but Saturday was Amazing! I managed to get into the inner circle directly in front ofThe Edge about 3 people back from the front stage! The people around me were great, friendly, & there was plenty of space unlike the Rose Bowl! The show was amazing! To see the biggest band in the world from a few feet from the stage was simply unreal! The first indication that this night was going to be special & different was when i saw Bono strapping on his guitar after Even Better Than The Real Thing. (i think he only played it for One on friday night) The Fly was awesome as the 2nd song especially since its the 1st time they have played it all tour! Mysterious Ways was so good, so fun to dance to in the pit! End of The World of course is amazing live. Then ONE! are you kidding me STREETS! as songs 5 & 6! unheard of! I knew we were witnessing something special & i just so happened to have one of the best seats in the house! The band seemed loose, playful, and in a good mood. More so than Fri night, but maybe i could just tell more since i was so close. Ultraviolet was great to hear after Hold Me the night before. I had a great time dancing & jumping the entire time. This was my 6th U2 show & by far the best. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been New Years Day & Bad. But thats ok. I'm sure they'll play those next tour. I am spoiled after being in the inner circle now & cant wait for a new album and tour!
