As a proud Melburnian, it hurts me to say that Homebush is a better location than Etihad for a gig like this. At 9:10, or thereabouts, when U2 came on in both cities, it was much darker in Sydney, plus you don't have the lights from a load of tall buildings in your eyeline, so the lights looked a LOT better than the Melbourne gigs.
Agree that Edge was off tonight, missing a few riffs, but Adam was clearly enjoying the night.
Just one song made the whole trip worthwhile - All I want is you! Amazing to hear that live again after so many years.
