We saw the Anaheim show on April 1. Expecting a monumental show, we were surprised at how bad the warm-up band was Kings of Leon. Everyone around us voiced the same opinion. They did a lengthy set so if you're seeing one of the early shows of the tour, I'd suggest you take your time and pass on the opening act. When Bono and the boys walked out onto the darkened circular stage, the crowd went crazy and the ride was on. These guys never let up until two hours later when Bono hung his crucifix on his microphone stand and walked off stage. They covered all their classics and performed most of the stuff from the new CD. Simply an awesome show by an awesome band! If you don't see U2 in concert at least once in your lifetime you are really missing out.
