Welcome to So Calif-where last night was special.
This was a one of the most special nights of the 50 or so times I have seen U2. I Love to sing with the crowd, but I found myself in silence just watching the evening unfold on stage with a very special powerful and perfect voice that possesed Bono tonight. I was in awe of the entire band and their special drive on this night that Bono talked about the Rosary the Pope had given him and he displayed it for the crowd. Bono made a face the Pope made when Bono gave him his glasses to keep. Yes, tonight was a very special night, as my wife Nicole and I found each other hugging and watching the great guitar sounds from the Edge on Vertigo and Love and Peace or Else, etc. What a Beautiful Day it Was. The Pride displayed will last beyond New Years Day. I vote for Vertigo as tours best song
Hope to see you all at Staples Tues and Wed. Glenn and Nicole.
