Hi everyone !
The show at the pond was awesome! I was at the outside part of the tip of the heart..Alls i can say is that the show was magical from the begining the show represented the title of the tour elevation yes the song but more so the spirit lifting music and lyrics of u2 that cannot be compared to any band in history! When Bono got to KITE he stopped the tempo and started talking about the song ,he dedicated the song to anyone who has experianced the loss of a loved one in the audiance and then himself dedicatted it to michale hutcheson of INXS.
This was a spirit moving moment with the song being performed so amazing, it brought tears to my eyes and comfort to my heart like a warmth that surrounded my being. It was this moment that Bono started carving out the brilliance of his magic that encompassed the rest of the evening. Bono was the orchastrator leading the audiance to a place of intamacy and revelation as those who attended were moved throughout the entire show.Bono talked about the closeness of the band as he introduced Larry, Adam and Edge making humorous comments about all of them then being serious and calling them his family and brothers and then including the crowd as his brothers also..to sum it all up the evening was ecstatic!
