Wow! I’ve been to 7 U2 shows and this one topped ‘em all. I drove from Toronto to Montreal and it was well worth the 5 hour drive. I lucked out and got inside the Ellipse. I was almost right up against the guard rail by the front of the stage. One of the girls in front of me ended up getting selected to go on stage to dance with Bono during With Or With Out You. He just pointed to her and security helped her up on stage….just like that. (I’ve seen it a million times, but I was always curious how it all went down) Daniel Lanois coming out for Bad was a nice touch to. The fans really made the show that much better. They were super loud. Thank you U2 & Montreal for a great time…and thank you for the smoked meat and thank you for the 2 points! GO LEAFS GO! Sorry, had to get that in. (I’m usually a better writer than this…so I’ll just let the pictures do the talking)
