The POPMART show at Burswood was awesome as expected. The band were in fine form and had obviously got all the glitches out of the POPMART production. The only things that spoilt my evening was the use front row seating (I was sitting 10 rows back from the stage) and the attrocius sound, this I think was the fault of the infamous Burswood Dome, perhaps the WACA or Subiaco Oval would have better suited the size of POPMART. I saw U2 in Sydney in '93 to see the Zoomerang tour, which was truly mindblowing and is on video, and I'll be seeing them this Friday at the Sydney Football Stadium, I only hope the sound is better than it was in Perth. All in all the show was still awesome and U2 are still my all time fave band.
