I drove all the way from Omaha, Ne. to see the Popmart show and it was well worth it. It was the first time I had ever seen the band live, and what everybody was telling about U2 being the best live band is totally true. I would drive anywhere to see them again. (I did see them again in St. Louis.)
I really enjoyed hearing all of there old music but was very surprised at how well the new stuff sounded. I really thought that LAST NIGHT ON EARTH sounded great live as well as PLEASE and GONE. I really enjoyed how the band went from MIAMI into BULLET THE BLUE SKY. But the two best were WHERE THE STREETS HAVE NO NAME and ONE.
The one negative point I did see had nothing to do with the band but the crowd, I could not believe I saw people sitting down! This band is the greatest of all time and I hope they continue to tour!
