This was the first time that I saw U2 and as I get ready to see them in a few weeks I noticed no one had posted a thing about this concert. It was a misty and cool night in October. This was as close to a religous experience as I have ever seen at an event of this kind. I was down on the field at Municipal Stadium. Having seen many great shows there over the years I had high expectations for this one. I was not disappointed at all. The band, music, and atmosphere was perfect. That show made me a lifelong U2 fan. Now that I am in my 40's (the same age as Bono), I appreciate them even more.
