Like many 30 somethings in the crowd, who liked U2 with Joshua Tree but really learned to love them with Achtung Baby, I could not be more pleased with this show... well, if they played the Fly and Zoo Station, I would have really lost it! The set list was near perfect and their sound live is so polished... time stood still for 2 plus hours!. Achtung Baby was an album ahead of its time and still sounds fresh today, so to hear so much from that album (and its sister album Zooropa) was a true treat.
For me though, the tell tale sign of a great show, is that everyone I could see was standing. The couple beside me, both in their late 50's, were standing the entire time and dancing and singing. It was something else to be on the same wavelength with so many people for such a, what seemed like forever, amount of time. Thank you Bono, Edge, Adam and Larry. Come back soon!
