Ok. This is the 4th time I have seen U2. And while my seats tonight were the worst yet, the show was the best. It was Bono's birthday and at the end of elevation they broke into "birthday" by the beatles. Cool Stuff. PJ Harvey was better than previously reviewed. The set list looked like what has been pretty much posted with the omission of the off and on "40".
When it comes to raw energy, and audience feedback, it was amazing. The chamistry between Edge and Bono was over the top. Edge is the guy that inspired me to fall in love with the guitar and learn to play it. He was the best i have ever heard today.
Bono's voice was in top form. I was really impressed with the last sone, "walk on". It was magic. What can I say? It was the first time the boys have been in Indiana since the Joshua Tree tour. The thanked the audience for waiting and put on a show that was worth the wait. U2 has been my favorite band for 20 years. I fell in love with their performance tonight. Way to go guys!
