The concert in Indy was spectacular. I have been to quite a few u2 shows over the past 10 or so years and never before has bono's voice been so "on". The stage setup was amazing and really brought the group to the crowd. My friend shep and I stood in line for over 5 hours to get inside the heart and it was well worth it. Inside the heart you feel like you're at a small club...its not crowded and you can move around with ease. At the end of Until the End of the World, Bono was laying right in front of me...rolled over to get up and looked me square in the eyes and i reached out to him and he grabbed my hand and smirked...that was just the best. Then you have the crazy conga line with bono and about 30 girls on the heart ramp...it was funny but not...all of a sudden after he pulled 2 other girls up to the stage, women just bum-rushed the stage and i almost got decked by one girl when she just leapt forward to bound onto the stage.
I had alot of fun at this concert and can't wait until the detroit show on the 30th...my only complaints about the show...too short and not enough catalog songs played...it was almost like a greatest hits tour, one would think they were supporting greatest hits vol 1&2 not All that you can't leave behind...oh well...if there is any luck in my life they will play 11 O'clock tick tock in detroit.....here's hoping.
