I thought the show was good, but not great. I have seen U2 about 10 times now and expectations are always way to high for a U2 show. The Elevation tour was awesome this is a notch below.
It was great to hit rarities like Electric Co, An Cat Dubh and 40. I felt the opening of City of Blinding Lights was excellent, Beautiful Day was much better, All Because of You sounded great.
I felt in the first encore I was back on the Zoo Tv tour. Seen that already. Zoo Station which I like fell flat.
Couldn't understand why they played Vertigo twice. I figured at the end of 40 this was it but Larry kept pounding on the drums. If they wanted to end on a high powered tune I Will Follow or Gloria would have been excellent choices.
I give the show a B+.
