Well this was my second time catching U2 on the elevation tour. If I only had the cash, I'd have gone to 20 billiiion like the rest of the posters did. All in all a great show! I did however miss hearing the fly and mysterious ways. I find it in a way quite unsettling that the only fast paced songs played were elevation and i will follow. I love the meaningful songs in this time of terror, but I need to get excited and feel my adrenaline rushing not just my pride established. Those who think I'm being a bit whiney, well that's because i am. The reason you may ask? Well I've been a U2 fan since 1995 and have seen U2 a total of three times now. Last night was the first time I was ever able to get on the floor after spending all my 19 year old pocket change on my favorite band. I got up at 3 in the morning and drove from queens to new jersey. I waited in the 40 degree weather from 4:45 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. I was number 82. Then security decided to throw me curve ball and squash my hopes and dreams. By not honoring our hard earned number system, I feel defeated and utterly jipped. I love U2 and will continue to do so, but this is unexcusable behavior. I hope someone from U2 management or even the band themselves read this I expect an apology. If this apology is not received I will refuse to be further "elevated".
Broken,
PJW
