Great show!
This was my 11th U2 show and 3rd Vertigo show after the first and second Boston shows in May. Last nights ranks as number 2.
Arcade Fire kicked ass. Been a fan since the spring and loved their live show.
Had floor tickets but didn't get to enter the ellipse. Bono was in great shape although I suspect his voice was shot from partying too much in Montreal the last couple of days.
Highlights: Original of the species, Streets, Until the End...,That liitle kid who screamed, No more!!!
Funniest event of the night. A couple with ellipse bracelets had no clue what that meant and watched the first 45 minutes of the show from outside of the ramp. I told them if they didn't get in there quickly, i'd mug them.
Montreal tonight and Monday are next. I suspect they'll become #1 and 2 on my list as anyone who's ever seen a show in Montreal knows, It's THE loudest and best crowd around.
Cheers!
