Wow! I had a blast at this show despite the previous reviews about the downer audience. However, I did make into the elipse so it was definitly a different perspective from the inside looking out. I agree with Montreal being a better crowd...we saw Elevation there and the energy was incredible.
I did find this a much better show than their 2nd night in Toronto back in September. The band and music sounded way better as was the technical show.
Yes, Bono's brother was inside and we watched the show beside him. He looks alot like Bono but with white hair and a little more around the middle. However, Paul Martin was not in attendance (Bono did mention him and the work he was doing at the summit in BC).
I am nursing a nice cold from waiting in line with no coat on for 30 mins, but it was totally worth it. I am still pinching myself from the evening and am finding it hard to describe just how amazing it was to friends. What an fantastic experience...U2 really knows how to make the concert experience uunbelievable for their fans! I'll never forget this one, ever.
