A few weeks after buying tickets for the first 360 show at Croke Park, I got an email from ticketmaster saying there were still good seats available for the second show. We (the future missus and I) would still be in town, so I figured, why not see the boys again? Turns out the seats were at the far end of the stadium, the last row of seats, right under the nosebleed section. The sound was pretty terrible, especially compared to where we were the first night. Most of the treble was absorbed by the concrete seats directly above us.
The show was still really good. We had a great view of the entire stage, and songs like "Ultraviolet" and "I'll Go Crazy..." were a feast for the eyes as well as the ears. It was great to hear a snippet of "Here Comes the Sun," one of our favorite Beatles songs. And I loved "In a Little While," one of my favorite songs from their last three albums. But the best part by far was slow dancing to "With of Without You." No one was occupying the handicapped spaces next to us, so we had a tiny little dancefloor in a crowd of 80,000.
