Fantastic night!! Light show didn't kick in until it got darker but was impressive nonetheless(Compare the first version of Vertigo with the last!) These special effects were kicked up a notch during the encore in particular during The Fly and Zoo Station. Stunning!! The second song was I will follow instead of Until the End of the World (shame - as it's my favorite - Ethna) and Bono said that it was only the third time that he had sung this song on the tour. They paid tribute to Aung San Suu Kyi with Running to stand still and went into a bit of Walk on too (with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights on the screen behind them). We got soaked as we were in the stadium all day but that was all forgotten when the music started - don't recall it raining during the concert but it was mizzling all day. Sometimes you can't make it on you own was dedcicated to Bob Hewson and was very moving.
Wish we were going again tonight.
