I like to think I'm an early U2 fans, I don't think I've ever missed an Irish gig.
Last nights gig in Croker, was just mediocre. Cool light system kicked in late, musical line up was fine, if not too many new tracks.
There just wasn’t that wow you usually get. We were in 707 and the sound was terrible. I had bumped into someone the evening before and they said the sound was bad. Being biased I wasn’t expecting it. It was worse.
Bonos mumblings were inaudible. Sound was low, echo-ish and lacked bass. There was 4 of us, we went to the pub afterwards, seems there was a consensus.
U2. You fell short of your usually standard this time.
