Despite arriving at 6:30pm I still managed to get a spot in the Bomb Shelter. Having watched Friday nights show from the Lower Canal End, it was fantastic to be up close.
The show was fantastic, and the band were in fine form. Bad was a hugh hit with the crowd, and 40 was a great exit song. U2 seemed determined to make this show a memorable one, and that they certainly did.
I'm off to Cardiff next, so it'll be interesting to compare the Millennium Stadium to Croke Park.
