SLC was the second concert I have been to on the VERTIGO tour. Some co-workers and I were lucky enough to be in Chicago back in September and we went there as well. The vertigo tour is the only time I have seen U2 live and they are the best concerts I have been to by far.
My friend and I pulled up about 15 minutes before U2 was to take the stage without tickets and were able to get lower bowl seats at face value! We saw the start of the show on row 15 directly across from the stage. Then, about 10-15 minutes into the show, I get a text message from a buddy down in the ellipse saying he can get us in the ellipse if we want. HELL YEAH!! we said. Seeing the band up close was unbeleivable and makes the experience sooo much greater.
Enjoy some of the pics I took while up close to Bono, Edge, AC and LM jr.!!!
