All i can say is that was the best ever concert that i have and will likely to see, i have been to watch u2 a number of times and other bands but this something special, right from the first line of elevation to the last note of walk on simply blistering!!!! my only worry is will it ever be beaten? well let just hope they pull something extra special out for slane on saturday!!!!
highlights were just about everything elevation is just a great opener, beautiful is a globel sing a long, UTEOFW is just one of those great album tracks which rock live, new years day just fantastic(much pefer this than discoteque boys), kite is one of the greatest U2 songs outthere please please make sure this is released as a single!!!!, new york is my least favourite song, gone is another great album track which just rocks, i will follow got the crowd going mad, and it was a fantastic version of SUNDAY, WAKE UP brought a chance for the crowd to have a breath which was needed a good change of pace, stuck in a moment is just one of those songs which seems to have been around for ages like a 80's u2 song everyone new the words, in a little while and stay where performed briliantly, the the highlight of the night the next 3 songs almost brought the roof off, BAD into STREETS into MYSTERIOUS WAYS where simply awesome, another great version of the FLY too. BULLET was well recieved, WITH OR WITHOUT YOU a crowd fav, ONE is as always fantastic, and WALK ON seems to go down extremley well as a finisher.
Well done boys, see you @ Slane, and please pull something really special out for us.
