Amazing...I dont know if words can describe...
The band came on with no smiles...this continued throughout the most emotional and dark setlist of the tour so far. Earls Court was a sea of tears as Bono dedicated Kite to his father, "who was no longer ill....but free".
The band seemed to focused on keeping it all together under such sad circumstances. The show seemed to function as a release for Bono as he put all this energy and effort into the performance. I dont know how he made it through...many times he cried in some of the songs...it was an aamazing, emotional rollercoaster from start to finish.
What can we say....speechless, tired and emotionally drained....
