Just a quick comment, I hope to write a thorough review afterwards.
No Mother was onstage. Bono played a few chords of MOTD and was joined very briefly by Adam and Larry as the audience clapped. Then he sang the "uooo o o" part of the song.
It was longer than Chile's version, which was just Bono's guitar in the WTSHNN transition.
Bono thanked by first name some of the members, not of the Madres, but of the Abuelas of Plaza de Maya. The Madres have somewhat radicalized their political views lately and closed ties with the government. I'd said they lost some support among U2 audience. The Abuelas have perhaps now occupied their place as "untouchables". Wisely adviced Bono only mentioned Abuelas names. An Abuelas sign was also hanging at one of the ends of the stadium.
