Just arrived back from a great week in libon wich included watching U2 for a third time this year and what a final show.....Firstly the kaiser chiefs were great and although I was really looking forward to keane I was well impressed with the chiefs....One of the best things about the lisbon show was we managed to blag our way into the stadium wearing the U2 fan party give away pass so our total queing time was about 20 mins after arriving at the ground at about 5.20 pm and still got into the pit. Also U2 never came on till about 9.50pm so it was really dark and the stage looked awesome,Once again they put on a show which just gets better all the time, highlights were Miss Seravo and bono really getting into the opera parts,Love and Peace wich is one of the best songs ever and the ending 40 wich the whole ground sung well after the band had left, So another tour is over and will there be another one who knows but this year has confirmed that U2 are the best band in the world with no competition!!!!!!Cant wait for the DVD to come out.(will post some pics soon )
