Well, what a show! It was amazing to see the band again after not missing a tour since LoveTown. When they started the first chords of Stingray, I had goosebumps.
I had a wish list of songs for the boys to play and they delivered an all fronts, from Bad, to Hold me, Thrill me, Kiss me, Kill me they were great.
The stage is an amazing, gaze stealing monster.
One thing as posted in the comments, the roof was completely OPEN and not a drop of rain in sight.
My highlight of the show was Bad, it has to be my all time favourite U2 song, Mercy was good but the crowd seemed to flatten a little bit during this.
The biggest reception of the night was for Streets, in fact all the old stuff received a big response. There was a little microphone feedback during the second set of encore but fixed quickly, but Edge did seem to have some issues with his guitars, I noticed he changed mid-song a few times.
If anyone doubts the power of U2, they have never seen them live.
Thank you U2, for another memorable night.
