Awesome concert. I also went to the 1 Dec show and for whatever reason I found this more enjoyable. I was behind the stage and in the stands and that may have made a difference. It just may be that the 360 stage is better suited to the cheap seats. I was on general admission on 1 Dec. You can also see exactly whats happening on the stage when in the stands so that may help as well.
I really like Return of the Stingray Guitar but think it only works in a live setting. I can't imagine I'd think much of it as a studio song.
Also, I admit I am not a fan of live versions of Pride. It worked for me this time.
I also noticed that maybe Vertigo is replacing Streets as a new go to song. The crowd seem to get into this much more than Streets right now.
Also, Ultraviolet seemed to work better than Hold Me Thrill Me in the live setting. Glad they've dusted this off for live shows as most of us know U2 can be pretty predictable.
Anyway, 'awesome' and I say this rarely so it must have been good.
