Wow! This was my second U2 concert (my first was in Philly on the Vertigo tour) and it was incredible. Muse was great, and I loved the stage setup. The best song of the night was definitely The Unforgettable Fire, which is not only my favorite U2 song, but my favorite song of all time. Before this tour, I never thought I'd be able to hear it live, and I wish I had gone into the concert not knowing that they had started playing it again, so that I could have been surprised. Along with The Unforgettable Fire, I think that Ultraviolet and New Year's Day were the best of the evening, although Magnificent, Your Blue Room, MLK, City of Blinding Lights, and of course, Streets, were also amazing.
But as awesome as these songs were, I was a bit sad that no songs from Zooropa, Pop, October, or Boy were played, and that Bad (I was especially hoping to hear this one) and No Line on the Horizon were left out. I realize that they can't include everything, though. I was also a little disappointed with the crowd. There didn't seem to be many diehard fans around where I was, and few people appeared to appreciate songs like Your Blue Room.
Overall, though, it was an amazing experience, and I can't wait until my next U2 concert!
