This was goin' to be my first U2 concert. And it was ....... BIG! The day started terrible with lots of rain but when the guys hit the stage it became dry. Bono entered the stage making some Rocky Balboa movements and me and my friends started yelling out loud. It was a superb concert. They performed the songs absolutely brilliant. I went crazy during new year's day. I follow the setlists on the internet and no New Year's Day and suddenly Larry went tickin with the drumsticks and Adam came in with the bassguitar. I went crazy, totally crazy. Unfortunately I wasn't standing on the front row, but the massive TV-Popmart Screen compensated that a lot and I could the the whole concert very well. Due to this concert I began to like POP more and more. The songs sounded live brilliant and U2 is live at their best and I'm looking forward to the elevation tour 2001. And this time I will be at the front row and I will visit ALL concerts here in Holland.
