My first U2 show ever...and I couldn't believe how close I was. I was near the tip of the heart (to the left). Whenever Bono and the Edge came out on the catwalk, I was at least within 5 feet of them. When Larry and Adam came out to join Bono and The Edge for "Desire" it was almost surreal.
I was a little disappointed not to hear Bad and Pride (since I have never heard these songs live in person), but it was still a great show and I was moved beyond words (I have to admit that I almost wanted to cry during With or Without You). I have never been so into a show...I nearly lost my voice by the end and I probably scared a few people as I jumped up down, side to side like a maniac.
Thanks to Brett from Philadelphia and the couple from Canada that I met in line, and the couple I met on the GA floor. U2 fans are the best.
God bless,
Brian from Lancaster, PA
