This was a Great Show!!There were a few slow spots, but I'm not really going to get into that. Because the bottomline is that this is by far the best live show you will see!
I've Seen UF, JT and Zoo Shows...and this was just as good as any of them.
Elevation..WOW! What a great opener!I was highly impressed.
The highlight for me by far was Bad.When Edge comes in with the guitar part at the beginning, it sends chills down your spine!
Great Song...and great performance of that song last night.
It was also nice to see a fan getting up there to play guitar on People Get Ready. That certainly brings back good memories.
The one thing I have heard some journalists say was that this was some kind of a nostalgia tour, or a greatest hits tour. Or even that it didn't have enough glitz like Popmart or Zoo.
But I Definitely DISAGREE on all counts!
This is the perfect show for them to be playing. It's got a little of Everything!
And this record is the perfect record for them right now. Hats off to U2!!!
Thanks again guys!
See Ya on Friday!
