I can't say enough about this show as compared to Tuesday's show. Excellent, excitement, energy, ecstasy. The feeling of being more relaxed, in touch with the crowd, was so apparent. They finally mixed it up = as we were expecting, and played 5 different songs from the previous 2 nights. New Year's Days sounded soooooo good, and I have to say 11:00 tick tock was the most moving. Those "old school" fans should have been rocking and screaming into the rafters. I could not contain myself at times because I felt that I was transported into earlier, mellower times when you didn't have to impress or rally a crowd for the sake of noise or favorites. I left with a feeling of total happiness and completeness and couldn't have asked for a better performance from the fantastic 4. Larry and Edge seemed especially appreciative of the crowd and made everyone feel that were part of the total show. I am envious of those attending tonight (Saturday) because I wonder if they are going to top the Friday performance. I almost hope not, because I want to remember this as the best show I've ever seen!!!! Thank you U2 for loving us as much as we love you!!!
