Well, this post is 4 years late in coming, but better late than never. :)
This was a special show for me because they played exactly one week before my college graduation and exactly one block from where I attended college. I called this PopMart show my "graduation present" and what a gift it was.
Overall, having seen 4 U2 shows now (one during ZooTV, one during PopMart, two during Elevation), I definitely wouldn't say that the Philly PopMart show was the best I've seen, but its highlights (particularly "Gone" and "Please") rank with the highlights of any U2 show I've seen and probably ever will. I actually remember my sister telling me during one of the songs for me to keep my voice down --- I was drowning out the music! :)
Anyway, "Pop" is still a great album... and PopMart an under-rated tour, even if the concept was a bit cheesy in retrospect...
