Having worked at the hospital of the University of PA and watched "free" events from the 10th floor (roof deck) of the Ravdin building for years (including the Phila Stars USFL championship games)...I was excited. BUT it was really poorly planned and managed. The city did its typical lousy job with traffic direction and parking (we sat in the multi level parking lot for 3 hours before we could get out to drive home after the show. It took about 60 minutes just to walk around the concourse due to overcrowding and folks entering without tickets. I was bumping into alot of skanks. Back then, some of th e younger fans were not bathing regularly and wore head bandanas to conceal unwashed hair. Maybe they later became the new grung rockers or something. Anyhow, the large lemon was stupid. This wasn't their best stuff, though there were some good moments. I am still a huge fan, but unlike alot of folks, I dont give out good marks just because I like a band. Thank goodness I never had to trek to one of these poorly laid out stadiums again (Franklin Field).
