I would never of thought i would say this but i walked away from Hampden Park very dissapointed.
First of all the sound was awful, the worse i have ever heard at a concert. Bono was very low in the mix and when we could hear him the sound was so muffled i couldn't understand a word. We moved around all night trying to find a 'good spot', finally got fed up and left after 'With or Without You' (i never thought i would leave a U2 concert early!) The band seemed a bit distant during most of the show, just going through the emotions.
Plane ticket to Glasgow - £90
Hotel Room 1 night - £90
Return trip to the stadium - £20
Offical Vertigo Programme - £15
Offical Vertigo T-shirt - £25
Seeing U2 at Hampden Park - Worthless!!
Bono if you want to make poverty history, then get me my hard earned money back!
