Hello Fellow Fans! Where do I even begin. This was my 1st u2 concert. Let me just tell you that it was my sweetheart that got me excited about u2. I am a musician-vocalist and never listened to u2 as much as I could have.
The Monday before the concert I won tickets to Thursday night's show on ebay. Can you believe we actually got good seats and were able to make the trip, living in Rochester.
Well, we got to the show and 3 hours before waited outside near the u2 buses. We got to pet Bono's dog (pitbull).
The concert wa absolutely mindblowing. I am a fan for life. Evverything about the show was amazing. We all though we were in intermission when u2 hopped the stage. The music was a dream. Bono was better in concert than on the cd I heard of Elevation the whole way down. Edge is gorgeous. The 4 white ptojectors showed each of the band members playing one to each screen. this show was alive and beyond kicking. The lighting was better than Vegas!
Bono was very gracious and I just would like to that then for being such an inspiration to a vocalist. I wish them the best of luck in the future.
Please email me with any questions about music or the show.
Warmest Blessings
Mariana Santiago
