I was a senior in high school in '87 and a HUGE U2 fan(still am !) This is the only concert I ever went to without having at least one beer beforehand. I wanted to experience it and remember everything from that night clearly. Of course I remember Bruce coming on stage and that was an amazing moment, but before that Bono brought some fan from the first row up to play his guitar during a song(might've been People Get Ready.) I think Bono hurt his arm a few concerts before when he fell off of a railing during a show. About halfway through the show, my friends went down onto the field but I didn't want to go for fear of getting thrown out of the concert. Found out later they were @ 10 rows from the stage - Damn !
